GETTING STARTED - QUICKSTART GUIDE

| Ok, you've just received your MOR
Designs welcome email and you're all set to begin the process of setting
up and using your account. This page is a QuickStart Guide and will
get your site up and running ASAP!! Let us begin the journey - |

The first thing
you'll need to do is upload your files to the server. Information
on what IP to upload to, is contained within your Welcome Email.
Follow the directions in the Uploading
your Files guide. |

|
Now that you've
uploaded your files, you'll need to change the DNS info at your
domain name registrar. This tells the world that your website
is now "hosted" on our servers. Follow the directions
in the Domains
and DNS guide. Please remember that the process of domain
propagation can take up to 72 hours before requests for your
domain will resolve to your account here with us. |

Now that your
files are uploaded, and that you've changed the DNS info to
point to our servers, it's time to setup your email accounts.
Your domain must be fully propagated over for email to be functional.
Follow the instructions in the Email
guide. |

Once you've
got your email setup and configured in your mail client (Outlook
Express, Outlook, Eudora, etc.), you can explore other options
in your cPanel, such as setting up subdomains etc. Follow the
directions in the Cpanel
guide. |

Now it's a good idea to become
familiar with how our Helpdesk
works. Follow the directions in the Helpdesk
guide. You can submit support tickets to the Helpdesk, and
we will provide technical support for any difficulties that
you could be experiencing. Please do read through the Tutorial
section before you use the Helpdesk.
Also note that we only provide technical support through the
Helpdesk. |

Last but not least, if you have
any billing inquiries, be sure to read through the Account
and Billing guide. Your questions about billing and how
we handle such matters, should already be answered there. |
