Click the "Get Support" icon in the menu at the top.
Click "Support Desk" in the menu on the left.
You'll see an ordered listing of all the tickets you've ever opened
listed by their status: New - Open - Closed.
Click on one of the statuses to view those tickets.
New tickets have yet to be assigned to a support representative
and are pending action.
Open tickets have been assigned to a support representative and
are either pending and awaiting action by the support rep, or have
been answered by the support rep and are awaiting a response by
you.
Closed tickets have been closed by either the support rep or yourself.
You may reopen closed tickets if necessary.
