Logging in to the Helpdesk
 

Use the following link to log in to the Helpdesk:

https://www.mordesigns.com/mbill/

You'll need your account Email address and Password from the Welcome Email.

 
 
Submitting a trouble ticket
 

Click the "Get Support" icon in the menu at the top.
Click "Create Ticket" in the menu on the left.
Fill in all the fields and click the "Create Ticket" button at the bottom.

 
 

Managing your trouble tickets

 

Click the "Get Support" icon in the menu at the top.
Click "Support Desk" in the menu on the left.
You'll see an ordered listing of all the tickets you've ever opened listed by their status: New - Open - Closed.
Click on one of the statuses to view those tickets.

New tickets have yet to be assigned to a support representative and are pending action.

Open tickets have been assigned to a support representative and are either pending and awaiting action by the support rep, or have been answered by the support rep and are awaiting a response by you.

Closed tickets have been closed by either the support rep or yourself. You may reopen closed tickets if necessary.

 
 
Managing your account profile and options
 

Personal Info:

Click the "My Info" icon in the top menu.
From the resulting page, you can view, or update your personal information

Account Info:

Click the "My Sites" icon in the top menu.
From the resulting page, you can view/update info concerning either your Hosting Account (My Packages) - or - your Domain Name info (My Domains).

Financial Info:

Click the "My Finance" icon in the top menu.
From the resulting page, you can view your invoices or view/update your credit card info.
